What can I expect on my first visit?
The team at Suwanee Family Dentistry loves to meet new patients. We start off all our first visits with a comprehensive oral evaluation. This is the perfect time for you to bring up any concerns you may have or ask any questions. We will then put together a treatment plan that will help you achieve oral health.
How can I prepare for my visit?
There are a few things you can do that will help your visit go smoothly. For instance, you can complete our new patient forms online and submit them prior to your appointment. Otherwise, we do ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete them in-office.
If applicable, please bring the following with you:
- Your dental insurance card
- A list of your current medications
- Any previous dental records you may have
Can you really treat my whole family?
Absolutely. We are Gwinnett’s go-to family dentist, providing services to patients of any age. In fact, it is recommended that our youngest patients have that first dentist experience between 6 and 12 months old.
